Our Minister
Rev Graeme Beebee is the minister here of the recently united St Andrews New Kirk, comprising the congregations of Cameron, St Leonard’s and St Mark’s.
Following a year as a Probationer in Troon, he was ordained and inducted into his first charge of Balmerino linked with Wormit in 1993, where he remained for nearly 10 years before moving to St Andrew’s in the Grange Church of Scotland, Guernsey.
Graeme was born and bred in Ayrshire. After leaving school and completing studies in Business, Marketing and Journalism, he went to the University of St Andrews, graduating BD with Honours from St Mary’s College in 1992.
During his years in the Kirk Graeme has served in various positions within the Presbyteries of St Andrews and England, as well as the wider church; in school, hospital and hospice chaplaincy and community based groups and organisations.
Graeme is supported by the Kirk Session.
